TERM and CONDITIONS for Guarantor loans
- Please note that your offer is subject to 1. review by our underwriting team 2. the information provided by yourself is factually correct 3. acceptance of your nominated guarantor.
- On the date of your repayment as per the credit agreement, we will attempt to collect this payment via your nominated debit card at any point from 6am. If this attempt is unsuccessful you will incur a 20 pound fee.
- We may attempt to take the payment later on during the day in full or in part until the full payment is made.
- Should you be late in payment; provide inaccurate or dishonest information ; become bankrupt or make a voluntary arrangement with your creditors you agree that your account will be defaulted and the full payment owing will be due.
- You hereby confirm that as today’s date you are not In a debt management plan/IVA or considering entering this type of scheme. Your are also not redundant or under notice to terminate your employment
- If you are in financial difficulties, you agree to contact us via email so we can discuss a repayment plan and/or other appropriate steps (which may include passing your account to a Collections Agency).
